Attendance at the Diplomatic Eye Lunch at the Thai Embassy.
April 4, 2019: It was an honor for H.E. Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat to attend the Diplomatic Eye Lunch at Thai Embassy in Tokyo. Also in Attendance at this event was Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado.
The purpose of this luncheon was in order to embark on the process "Ceremony for passing Diplomatic Eye Program to Romania Embassy". H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat extended his thanks to H.E. Ambassador Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, for hosting the most informative luncheon, and moreover thanked him, on behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for the support and care by the people and Government of the Kingdom of Thailand over the years. In return, H.E. Ambassador Mr. Bunnag thanked H.E. Dr. Mohabbat for his kind words and assured him that Thailand would continue to stand with Afghanistan well into the future.
