Attendance at Entrance Ceremony of Tokai University.
April 2, 2019: It was a pleasure for H.E. Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat to attend the very grand entrance ceremony at Tokai University Graduate School’s Shonan Campus. Also in attendance was Mr. AbdulHameed Hashimi, Third Secretary.
