Reception on the Occasion of the Independence Day and 25th Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Turkmenistan and Japan

November 10, 2017: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the honor and pleasure of attending the reception on the occasion of the Independence Day and 25th Anniversary of Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Turkmenistan and Japan at the Palace Hotel Tokyo.

H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat extended his best wishes in honor of the auspicious day to His Excellency Mr. Gurbanmammet Elyasov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan. He further expressed his hopes to strengthen and deepen the relations between their two great countries to further attain regional peace and security.

H.E. Dr. Mohabbat also had the pleasure of meeting with His Excellency Mr. Iwao Horii, Parliamentary Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, to whom he thanked, on behalf of the people and Government of Afghanistan, for the noble nation of Japan's continuous support in development. He also met with several of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors with missions in Japan, many diplomats, members of Parliament, and notable members of Japan’s business sector with whom he discussed various topics of mutual interest.
