Attendance to JICA’s Seminar in the Honor of H.E. Ms. Delber Nazari, Minister of Women’s Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan
June 2, 2016: Dr. Mohabbat attended a Japan International Cooperation Agency-sponsored seminar in the honor of Her Excellency Ms. Delber Nazari, Minister of Women’s Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The seminar, which was held at JICA’s Tokyo International Center in Shibuya, Tokyo, mainly discussed women’s engagement in Afghan society. The presentation also highlighted JICA’s scholarship available to those engaged in and passionate about Afghan Studies.
