24/03/2016 H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie Attends the Graduation Ceremony of Tokai University

March 24, 2016: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Sayed Mohammad Amin Fatimie had a pleasure in attending the graduation ceremony of Tokai University. As it has been one of the major hosting educational institutions for the Afghan exchange students, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie expressed his deep gratitude to the Government of Japan, Japan International Cooperation Agency and the University, for their continued quality investment in the young generation of Afghanistan. H.E. Dr. Fatimie thanked the president of the university, Mr. Kiyoshi Yamada, for their leadership in accepting and providing Afghan students a great opportunity not just for them to learn, but also for all the students there to deepen inter-cultural understandings, which can help to build a solid base for a peaceful world in the future.
