Attendance at the Condolence Book signing at the German Embassy.
March 7, 2019: On behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat attended the Condolence Book signing commemorating the life of the His Late Excellency Mr. Klaus Kinkel, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Tokyo.
On behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat signed the condolence book in solidarity with the other missions in Japan, and to H.E. Ambassador Dr. Hans Carl FREIHERR VON WERTHERN he expressed sorrows for the passing of His late Excellency Mr. Kinkel, his loved ones, and the people of Germany; adding just how grateful the people of Afghanistan are for the steadfast and generous support of Germany over the years.
