His Excellency Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the pleasure of meeting President of the International Friendship Exchange Council, Mr. Ken Matsuzawa. H.E. Dr. Mohabbat thanked him for the invitation to the event and the opportunity to further enhance Japan and Afghanistan relations. In return, Mr. Matsuzawa thanked H.E. Dr. Mohabbat for his attendance and his kind words. The gathering was held for the purpose of strengthening international relationships between Japan and foreign dignitaries. Additionally, H.E. Dr. Mohabbat had the opportunity to meet with several of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors, diplomats with missions in Japan, special dignitaries from the Japanese political and business sectors.
