March 20, 2015: It was a somber day on March the 20th as Minister Counsellor Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Poya Faryab’s mission in Japan came to an end. Since 2012, Minister Counsellor Mr. Faryabi has served the people and Government of Afghanistan in Tokyo undertaking various capacities. At a reception to honor His contributions, speeches were given by Ambassador Dr. Fatimie, Third Secretary Mrs. Paikan and the Public Affairs Officer in what was a sad occasion for all involved.
