March 18, 2015: Afghanistan's broad relations with Japanese society have been increasing in both depth and substance. The Embassy's cordial interactions with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is no exception and it was with great warmth that His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Fatimie welcomed former Inspector of Azabu Police Station Security Section Mr. Masafumi Tanaka to the Embassy. H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie expressed His appreciation to Mr. Tanaka for the great job he did during his time as Inspector and wished him all the best for his future career. Mr. Tanaka assured H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie that he will continue to assist Afghanistan in anyway he can in his new work capacity.
