Condolence Book Signing at Thai Embassy.
December 8, 2017: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat visited the Embassy of Thailand in Tokyo for the condolence book signing in memory of H.E. Mr. Surin Pitsuwan, former Foreign Minister for the Royal Kingdom of Thailand, and former Secretary General of ASEAN, who passed away on Thursday November 30, 2017. Dr. Mohabbat expressed his deepest condolences, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, for the passing of H.E. Mr. Surin Pitsuwan as well as expressed his sympathy to the entire nation of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand.
