Mr. Hamdard Meets With Diplomats from the Embassy of India in Japan.
September 26, 2016: It was a pleasure for Mr. Basir Ahmad Hamdard, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo, to meet with Mr. Tshering W. Sherpa, Counsellor (Political) & Head of Chancery, and Mr. Jitendra Rawat, Second Secretary (Political & Commercial) from the Embassy of India in Tokyo.
Mr. Hamdard took the opportunity on this occasion to express his deepest gratitude, on behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, for the Government of India’s extensive cooperative efforts to help rebuild Afghanistan and helping to secure the nation’s transition to peace and democracy since 2001. All present expressed sincerest wishes for the warm, brotherly ties between the two countries to continue into the future.
