Meeting at the Embassy with Messrs. Takeuchi, Tanaka, and Tsukashima of Sato Kogyo Co., Ltd.
May 23, 2018: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the pleasure of receiving a greeting call by his long time personal friends, and friends of Afghanistan, Mr. Toru Tsukashima, Former Deputy President; Mr. Hitoshi Tanaka, Associate Director for the Building Operational Headquarters; and Mr. Koji Takeuchi, Deputy General Manager for the Overseas Building Business Division; all of Sato Kogyo Co., Ltd. to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo.
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat extended his warmest welcome and deepest appreciation to Messrs. Tsukashima, Tanaka, and Takeuchi for their kind visit to the embassy. In return, Messrs. Tsukashima, Tanaka, and Takeuchi each expressed their thanks to H.E. Dr. Mohabbat for his sincere words and for making time in his schedule to meet. They discussed their wishes for continued success in the warm and supportive, mutually beneficial relations between Japan and Afghanistan, most especially through investment in the reconstruction sector of Afghanistan. H.E. Dr. Mohabbat encouraged them to consider advancing their investments in construction and development of Afghanistan even further to help stimulate the Afghan economy, create jobs, and yield fiscal rewards for all parties. Messrs. Tsukashima, Tanaka, and Takeuchi agreed to do their best to secure H.E. Dr. Mohabbat’s wishes to bolster even stronger investment strategies between their company and Afghanistan.
