Attendance at Independence Day Reception of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
December 17, 2018: H.E. Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the pleasure of attending the reception to celebrate the 27th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted by H.E. Mr. Yerlan Baudarbek-Kozhatayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Japan, and held at the Hotel Okura Tokyo.
On behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat took the opportunity to extend cordial and sincere congratulations to H.E. Ambassador Baudarbek-Kozhatayev on this most auspicious occasion and to express heartfelt gratitude to the people and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their impact-generating cooperation in Afghanistan’s reconstruction and development. In turn, H.E. Ambassador Baudarbek-Kozhatayev graciously thanked H.E. Dr. Mohabbat for his attendance, his kind words, and assured him that relations between the two nations were not only friendly and positive, but would continue on productively into the future.
While at the event H.E. Dr. Mohabbat had the opportunity to reconnect with several of Their Excellencies the Ambassadors, diplomats with missions in Japan, members of government, and other distinguished guests all present in honor of the occasion.
