February 03, 2016: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Sayed Mohammad
Amin Fatimie had a pleasure of attending Sports and Cultural Exchange
Reception hosted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science
and Technology (MEXT) of Japan. The event was held to promote newly
established Japan Sports Agency, and the related events which will be
held in near future under the ministry's policies by exchanging sports
and cultural activities. H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie had an honor and
pleasure during the reception of meeting H.E. Mr. Hiroshi Hase, Minister
of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (pictured above);
H.E. Mr. Hiroyuki Yoshiie, State Minister (pictured below); H.E.
Shigeru Douko, Parliamentary Vice-Minister; and H.E. Mr. Daichi Suzuki
(Ph.D), Commissioner of Japan Sports Agency.
It was also an honor and pleasure for H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie to
exchange words with H.E. Ms. Mayuko Toyoda, Parliamentary Vice-Minister,
regarding health policies as both of them have the background being
medical/public health experts.
Additionally, H.E. Dr. Fatimie had a pleasure of conversing with H.E.
Mr. Masanori Aoyagi, Commissioner of Agency for Cultural Affairs-Japan;
and Mr. Keisuke Isogai (Ph.D), Director-General, Commissioner's
Secretariat, who have been closely working on the "Hidden Treasurs -from
the National Museum, Kabul" exhibition taking place at Kyushu National
Museum since January 1st until February 14th, and at Tokyo National
Museum from April 12th to June 19th this year.
