Condolence Book Signing at Embassy of Malaysia.
September 13, 2017: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat visited the Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo for the condolence book signing in memory of H.M. Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Al-Haj Ibn Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah, the 14th King of Malaysia, and the Ruler of the State of Kedah, who passed away on Monday September 11, 2017. Dr. Mohabbat expressed his deepest condolences, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, for the passing of H.M. Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Al-Haj Ibn Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah as well as expressed his sympathy to the entire nation.
H.E. Dato’ Ahmad Izlan Idris, Ambassador of Malaysia in Japan expressed his sincerest thanks to H.E. Dr. Mohabbat for making the time to come and pay his respects at the condolence book signing. They both agreed to further strengthen and deepen their relations in the future.
