April 07, 2015: As part of ongoing fastidious efforts relating to Afghanistan's Vice Minister of Finance His Excellency Mr. Mustafa Mastoor's candidature for the Vice President position in the Asia Development Bank, His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Fatimie held an important meeting with Bank of Japan's Director and Senior Secretary to the Governor Mr. Makoto Kasai.
