Lunch Meeting with H.E. Ambassador Mituji Suzuka.

September 27, 2018: It was an honor for His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat to host a lunch meeting for H.E. Ambassador Mistuji Suzuka, Ambassador of Japan to Afghanistan, in Tokyo.

H.E. Dr. Bashir Mohabbat expressed his gratitude to H.E. Ambassador Mr. Suzuka for making time in his schedule to meet and share lunch together. In return, H.E. Mr. Suzuka expressed appreciation for the invitation to meet again and discuss topics of importance to both of their respective missions. Further, and on behalf of the people and Government of Afghanistan, H.E. Dr. Mohabbat expressed appreciation for the steadfast and benevolent support and assistance of the noble nation of Japan which has stood by Afghanistan throughout the rebuilding process as it strives for further peace and prosperity. He also asked that Japan continue to standby Afghanistan and help it to further develop self-sustainability and opportunities for improving Afghan business and the economy. In return, H.E. Mr. Suzuka expressed his wishes that their bonds will continue to grow and deepen the relations between the two countries well into the future.
