October 25, 2016 : His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Sayed Mohammad Amin Fatimie visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Tokyo with a heavy heart for the condolence book signing in memory of His Highness Grandfather Emir Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani, the former Emir of the State of Qatar, who passed away on October 23rd, 2016. H.E. Dr. Fatimie expressed his deepest condolences, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, for the passing of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, as well as expressed his sympathy to the entire nation.
