Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie warmly received at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo Director-General Masataka Nakahara of the Japan International Cooperation Agency’s (JICA’s) Southeast Asia Department and Director Shigeki Fukuda of the South Asian Desk’s Afghanistan and Pakistan division. Mr. Sayed Ali Asghar Amiri and Ms. Parwana Paikan, Third Secretaries, also attended the meeting.
Ambassador Fatimie took this opportunity to re-express deepest gratitude for Japan’s, and their noble facilitator JICA’s, generous and effect-oriented multi-faceted contributions to Afghanistan’s peace and development. Within this impact-creating work, Ambassador Fatimie hailed Director-General Nakahara’s personal efforts. The group was able to together talk on a range of issues of shared interest.
