H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie expressed his congratulations, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, to H.E. Mrs. Svetlana Tatiana IOSIPER, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Japan. In return, H.E. Mrs. IOSIPERA thanked H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie for his kind word and attendance. H.E. Dr. Fatimie also had an opportunity to meet and converse with honorable high-ranking officials of the Government of Japan, including Hon. Mr. Natsuo Yamaguchi, Chief Representative of Komei Party, the junior coalition party of the government of Japan, and their Excellencies Ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions stationed in Tokyo representing their respective nations.
