Ambassador Dr. Fatimie and Ms. Afzali welcome Dr. Sima Samar
September 11, 2014: Ambassador Dr. Sayed M. Amin Fatimie and Ms. Farima Orya Afzali, First Secretary, welcomed Dr. Sima Samar, the chairperson of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission at the Narita Airport. Dr. Samar visited Japan to attend The World Assembly for Women (WAW!) 2014 in Tokyo. Dr. Samar said “It was a great honor to see Afghanistan’s representation in such a great summit as WAW! “.
