Mr. Agah attends the First Working Level Meeting of Minato City with several Embassies and other institutions with missions to Japan in Minato, Tokyo
June 05, 2018: Second Secretary and Head of Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mr. Asif Agah had the great honor and pleasure to attend the First Working Level Meeting of Minato City with several other Embassies and other institutions with missions to Japan in Minato, Tokyo.
Similar to the last meeting, Minato City has put significant effort and time into organizing the event. The purpose of this meeting was to gather all Embassies within the Minato City Ward and provide them with useful tips and information for the foreign citizens within Minato. The information shall help foreign citizens with their daily lives, increase security precautions, and update Embassies, institutions, and citizens on topics circulating within the city. Conversely, the meeting ensures that all Embassies gather in Minato to discuss any potential future plans, hand out information, and teach them about medical procedures through workshops. Mr. Agah thanked Minato City for its great effort to continuously organize these level meetings while in return, Minato City thanked Mr. Agah for attending the conference.
Additionally, Mr. Agah had the honor and pleasant opportunity to meet and speak with several of Their Excellencies from other Embassies within the Minato City Ward, Diplomats with missions in Japan, and high ranking members of several Governments, and other honourable officials from the city of Minato.
