Mr. Hamdard Attends the Condolence Book Signing at the Embassy of the Republic of Guatemala.
May 9, 2018: It was with a heavy heart that First Secretary Mr. Basir Ahmad Hamdard of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Tokyo, Japan Embassy visited the Embassy of the Republic of Guatemala for the condolence book signing for the passing of H.E. Mr. Alvaro Arzú Irigoyen, former President of the Republic of Guatemala and Former Mayor of Guatemala City. Mr. Hamdard expressed his deepest condolences and prayers for H.E. Mr. Arzú, his loved ones, and for the people and Government of the Republic of Guatemala.
