As Maternal Morbidity is a concern worldwide, much attention has been paid to find ways to reduce or prevent the risk so that healthy mothers can produce and raise children well. Children hold the key to running the future, thus so too is their safety and survival paramount. The fundamental key to this, as well as to other areas of contemporary global concern, is through education and awareness. Following the event, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie spoke with Mrs. Komura to whom he expressed his thanks for hosting a very informative evening.
