H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat attends Farewell Reception of H.E. Ambassador of the State of Kuwait
August 09, 2018: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the great honor and pleasure to attend the farewell reception of His Excellency Ambassador of the State of Kuwait Abdul Rahman Humood Al-Otaibi at the Shangri-la Hotel in Tokyo.
During the reception, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat conveyed, on behalf of the people and the Government of Afghanistan, his gratitude for the State of Kuwait’s support and assistance in standing alongside Afghanistan. Dr. Mohabbat complimented H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi for his hard work and achievements during his mission to Japan and wished him health and prosperity in life and for all his future endeavors. Likewise, H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi thanked Dr. Mohabbat for his thoughtful words and wished Dr. Mohabbat a long and prosperous life.
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohabbat also had the great honor and pleasure to meet with Japanese government officials and Ambassadors with missions to Japan.
