H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie expressed his congratulations, on behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, to Dr. Hans Carl von Werthern, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany. In return, H.E. Dr. von Werthern thanked H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie for his kind word and attendance. H.E. Dr. Fatimie also had an opportunity to meet and converse with Their Excellencies Ambassadors and members of diplomatic missions stationed in Tokyo.
