His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Sayed Mohammad Amin Fatimie had the honor and pleasure of attending the reception for the Honorable Ms. Yuriko Koike, a Member of the House of Representatives and former Defense Minister, celebrating her Legion d’honneur conferment by the Government of France. H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie expressed his warm congratulations to the Honorable Ms. Koike, and his pleasure for having the opportunity to meet with her again. On behalf of the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, H.E. Dr. Fatimie expressed his appreciation for her and Japan’s continuing development assistance to Afghanistan.
