Luncheon Reception at the Embassy for Visiting Afghan Delegation.
April 18, 2018: His Excellency Dr. Bashir Mohabbat had the honor and pleasure of hosting a luncheon reception for the visiting Afghan delegation led by Honorable Chairman Mr. Sayed Fazlullah Wahidi of the Afghanistan NGO Coordination Bureau. Also invited to the luncheon were the members of Japan's NGO groups like Japan Volunteer Center, Peace Winds Japan, and Association for Aid and Relief Japan. The event to honor them began with a welcoming speech by H.E. Dr. Mohabbat. The delegation was here for their annual visit and meet with their counterparts.
