February 22, 2016: His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Sayed
Mohammad Amin Fatimie had a pleasure in attending the reception of the
55th National Day and 25th Anniversary of the Liberation of the State of
Kuwait. H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie extended his congratulations for
the occasion to H.E. Ambassador Mr. Abdul Rahman Humood Al-Otaibi, and
the diplomats attended, on behalf of people and the Government of the
Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Their Excellencies expressed and agreed
to work closely to maintain and for the betterment of the bilateral
relationship.
H.E. Ambassador Dr. Fatimie also had an honor and pleasure in meeting
with H.E. Ms. Miki Yamada, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign
Affairs, and a Member of the House of Representative. H.E. Dr. Fatimie
phrased that by representing people and the Government of Afghanistan,
he expressed the appreciation to Japanese government for the continuing
support to Afghanistan. Among many distinguished guests attended to
celebrate the reception, H.E. Ambassador also had a pleasure and honor
of meeting H.E. Mr. Masahito Moriyama, State Minister for Justice as
well as for Cabinet Office, Member of the House of Representative; the
Honorable Mr. Masao Uchibori, Governor of Fukushima Prefecture; Mr.
Hiroshi Hayashi, vice president of International Culture and Art
Institute and an artist; Mr. Hajime Endo, Chief Administrative Officer
of Bunka Gakuen University; Mr. Toshiki Kanamori, Lecturer at Daito
Bunka University; and Dr. Makoto Okano, Master Architect and Producer at
Okano Planning Associates, Inc.
